Quiet Reveries

I'm too lazy to update Misty Dreams, so I'm posting here instead. Besides, Barbara bought me a paid account, so I'd feel bad if I didn't use it. Thanks Barbara! <3

It's the middle of October, and yesterday and the day before yesterday it was snowing. SNOWING. It was sooo cold, and I didn't bring a jacket so I was walking through wet grass, while being pummeled by the wind. Fun, fun. Other people were more sensible and brought their winter coats. At least the bus was warm.

Speaking of buses, I really, really hate the TTC (which is basically the bus system in Toronto). I mean, they drove right past my stop yesterday when it was freezing cold and snowing, and I was frikking waving my hands wildly. Bitch. I had to wait ANOTHER fifteen minutes in the cold. Which made me mad. There was one bus driver before who I think EVERYONE hated, because he stopped for like 3 seconds and drove off, even when you were right in front of the bus doors. Some bus drivers are really rude, too. Of course, not ALL of them are, but most of the ones I encounter are really impolite.

And they expect us to be more respectful to them? I don't think so. If they didn't have cheaper fares than taxis, I would've jumped into a yellow car to get home a loooong time ago.

*singsong voice* Guess what's going to happen next week. I'm certainly not going to tell you. Well, I will, but only when the day comes. :) Whoever guesses it gets an imaginary cookie.

Yeah, um, apparently M-D.org isn't working (the page can't be displayed) so I just came here instead...I wonder why, though? Did Alys's hosting company switch back to January again?! >>;;

Oh, and if you go to Spilt Milk, you'll notice that it's on be right back, because I'm changing the layout and there's this whole thing with the CSS and I have to get used to Emma's coding - it's not that different, just in...a different style. For some reason, one of the pages still looks screwed. Ah well. And it accidentally deleted a page, but I fixed it in time. Somehow.

I'm going to save the blog for tomorrow or the day after, because that flautist came to my house to get familiar with my playing and stuff. LJ doesn't really suit me for blogging, lol...just can't imagine doing it here.

Well I'm working on some Anne Hathaway icons, maybe some Jessica Alba ones, perhaps some Rupert Grint ones after that, and then something Dakota Fanning. Layout, icon, I don't know, but she's too cute.

Yes, as you all know, I'm currently obsessing over BoA. (My best layout ever features her; that's also part of the reason...)
